In her current role at Gathr Outdoors, Julie Parker leads our People & Culture strategy. She has held the position since November 2021.

Julie has 15+ years of HR experience across a breadth of areas such as People Operations, Leadership Coaching, Talent Management & Acquisition, Engagement and Diversity Equity & Inclusion. Her business experience expands across Consumer-Packaged Goods, Durable Products and Direct to Consumer, including private and start up sectors.

Prior to Gathr Outdoors, Julie was the Sr. Director of HR for North America at SVP Worldwide. During her time at SVP, she transformed the HR function, business partnered four (4) Global Executives and led a variety of successful global initiatives positively impacting the team member experience and culture. As a Sr Leader at SVP, the corporation achieved record breaking revenue and profitability. Julie has also held HR Leadership roles at Smile Direct Club LLC and Mars Inc. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Northern Kentucky University.
