In his current role at Gathr Outdoors, Noel Allen oversees our global Supply Chain & Operations strategy. He has held the position since November 2021.

Noel is an experienced consumer goods professional with over 25 years' experience in managing global supply chains and operations.

Prior to Gathr Outdoors, Noel was the Vice President, Asia Operations for TOMS Shoes where he managed and restructured the product supply and sourcing operations throughout Asia, Africa, and India. Prior to this, he was Vice President of Corporate Development for Sun Products (e.g., Henkel), a $2Bn leading laundry and cleaning consumer goods company where he led the operational integration of the branded, private label business and managed the M&A activities.

Noel also worked at Deloitte Consulting where he was a senior manager in the New York City office with a focus on the consumer products industry. Noel is a graduate of Haworth’s College of Business at Western Michigan University. He is an active outdoor enthusiast – loves spending time in the Sierra Nevada mountains, Adirondacks or any of the US National Parks.
